Media Partners’ mission is to assist archivists and librarians
in coping with the pressures associated with the rapidly changing
technological environment. We will assist your staff with dedicated
training and customized manuals and provide consultation on copyright
issues, licensing and revenue generation.
Our
team employs archivists,
information management experts, imaging professionals, librarians, and
business researchers from a variety of backgrounds. We also specialize
in processing archival collections of photographic and motion
materials, both traditional and digital, as well as creative
treatments.

Media Partners also works with organizations that have been
frustrated by the imaging process. We will take time to educate you
about your choices and are available to repair imaging projects gone
awry. We have no partnership with any software company, so
recommendations are made only by the client’s need, not by our ties.
You
expect to add value with
digital collection management. You
expect to increase revenue, decrease retrieval time, increase
efficiency, and know exactly what your intellectual assets are. Archive
Media Partners can achieve this with you.
Archive Media Partners was founded by Kim
Schroeder, a graduate of Wayne State University's School of Library and Information
Science program who also holds a Graduate Certificate in Archival
Administration. In 2001, her alma mater recognized Schroeder as an Emerging
Corporate Leader. Kim has a part-time faculty position at the Wayne State
University School of Library and Information Science, focusing on Introduction
to Library and Information Science and Digital Libraries and Archives. She
is also on the Library Board of Visitors for the Wayne State University
Library System. She is supported by a multilingual team of subject experts
and information professionals. The team has succeeded in indexing more than
1.5 million images and tens of thousands of hours of footage for clients across
the globe.
